It is your responsibility to revisit these terms from time to time and your continued use of the Website shall constitute your agreement with these Terms of Use as revised.
While every effort is made to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the Website content and services, we make no warranties either express or implied, and assume no liability or responsibility for the completeness, use, accuracy, reliability, correctness, timeliness or usefulness, of any of the results obtained from its use.
While every effort is made to ensure that all content provided on the Website does not contain computer viruses and/or harmful materials, you should take reasonable and appropriate precautions to scan for computer viruses or otherwise protect your computer and you should ensure that you have a complete and current backup of the applicable items on your computer. We disclaim any liability for the need for services or replacing equipment or data resulting from your use of the Website. While every effort is made to ensure smooth and continuous operation, we do not warrant the Website will operate error free.
By submitting a telephone number to the Hartford Foundation you agree that a representative of the Hartford Foundation can contact you at the number you provide, potentially using automated technology (including texts/SMS messaging) or a pre-recorded message. Your consent is not an obligation to receive any of our services.

The Hartford Foundation shall have the right but not the obligation to monitor the Communication Services. In the event that the Hartford Foundation determines, in its sole discretion, that any posting violates any aspect of these terms of use or otherwise is inappropriate, the Hartford Foundation shall have the right to remove such posting without notice to you. The Hartford Foundation has the further right to terminate your access to any or all of the Communication Services at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever.
Always use caution when giving out any personally identifying information about yourself or your children in any Communication Service. We discourage divulging any information that can be used to identify or locate you. You acknowledge and agree that if you make such disclosures on Communication Services, you do so fully understanding that such information could be used to identify you. The Hartford Foundation reserves the right to disclose any information contained in or related to a posting on a Communication Service as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request. Materials uploaded to a Communication Service may be subject to posted limitations on usage, reproduction and/or dissemination. You are responsible for adhering to such limitations if you download the materials.
MATERIALS PROVIDED TO HARTFORD FOUNDATION OR POSTED ON ANY HARTFORD FOUNDATION WEBSITE
The Hartford Foundation does not claim ownership of the materials you provide to the Hartford Foundation through any means including without limitation feedback, suggestions, postings, uploads, input or submission to any Hartford Foundation Website (collectively “Submissions”). These terms of use are covered by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to the conflict of laws provisions of such state and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Hartford, CT in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this Website. Use of the Hartford Foundation for Public Giving Website is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph.
