We are delighted to welcome Lucas Codognolla to the Hartford Foundation and NSP team!  As a Senior Community Impact Officer, Lucas will lead our work with small agencies, play a key role in coordinating DEI support to nonprofits, as well as manage the Organizational Assessment program.  Lucas is a community organizer at heart, and was the founding Executive Director of Connecticut Students for a Dream. He previously served as Senior Manager of Partnerships and Advocacy for the Nellie Mae Education Foundation.  Lucas has chosen to live in downtown Hartford, and will enthusiastically join any conversation on arts & culture, coffee or house plants.  Welcome aboard, Lucas!
